This delicious mocktail from Wild Mocktails draws on the natural sweetness of red clover (Trifolium pratense) and meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) flowers. You can always add a dash of bitters, which contain a tiny amount of alcohol, but these are optional.
Ingredients:
20ml Strawberry, Clover, & Meadowsweet Shrub
100ml sparkling water
Dash of Citrus Bitters or orange bitters (optional)
Tools: Barspoon
Glass: Highball
Ice: Cubes
Garnish: Red clover blossom and meadowsweet buds
Serves 1
Fill the highball or rocks glass with ice. Pour the Strawberry, Clover, & Meadowsweet Shrub into the glass. Top with the sparkling water and add a dash of your chosen bitters, if desired. Stir well and garnish with red clover blossom and meadowsweet buds.
