It is so easy to incorporate facial yoga into your morning routine—and also fun and invigorating! You will quickly build muscle and tone in your face, giving it a younger, fresher, and more dynamic look.
Cheek plumper
1. With your mouth closed, fill your left cheek with air and hold for 5 seconds.
2. Open your mouth and push the air out quickly with force.
3. Repeat steps 1–2 with your right cheek. Repeat alternate cheeks four more times.

Eye freshener
1. Using your index fingers, gently pull your under eye “bags” down while looking up. Hold for 5 seconds.
2. Rest for a couple of seconds, then repeat step 1 twice more.

Neck beautifier
1. Gently tip your head backward as far as is comfortable for you, being careful not to scrunch the back of your neck.
2. Place your index finger on the tip of your chin and stick your chin out while gently pressing it with your finger. Hold for 5 seconds.
3. Bring your head back to its normal position and rest for a couple of seconds, then repeat steps 1–2 five more times.

Forehead smoother
1. Raise your eyebrows and look upward for 5 seconds, then frown looking downward for 5 seconds. Repeat five times.
2. Rest for a couple of seconds, then repeat step 1 twice more.


Mouth refiner
1. Open your mouth wide and cover your teeth with your lips.
2. Staying in this position, make a smile and then an “O.” Repeat five times.
3. Rest for a couple of seconds, then repeat steps 1–2 once more.


Nose conditioner
1. Wrinkle up your nose as if something smells bad. Hold for 5 seconds.
2. Rest for a couple of seconds, then repeat step 1 twice more.
