Amberley Publishing buys Ryland Peters & Small for undisclosed sum
Amberley Publishing has acquired Ryland Peters & Small for an undisclosed sum.
The sale was announced by Nick Hayward, CEO of Amberley. Following the acquisition, Amberley will continue to publish under the name Ryland Peters & Small Limited.
Ryland Peters & Small was founded in 1995 by David Peters, together with Anne Ryland and Jacqui Small. "Through David’s vision, RPS became the market-leading lifestyle publishing house it is today," Ryland Peters & Small said. "Following David’s passing in 2024, the company sought to continue his legacy through this sale – the deal was arranged by Bertoli Mitchell."
