How can I contact an author?
We do not give out personal contact details for our authors, though many of them can be found on social media. You can check their Author page for social media details or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would prefer to send your comments or questions via email.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a reply.
How do I submit a book proposal?

The book I am looking for is not on the website.
As we have recently launched this website, some of our books are not yet available – we apologise for the inconvenience and are adding books to the website as quickly as we can. Please visit your local bookshop or an online bookseller to search for the book in this instance.
How can I view your complete range?

How can I place an order?
To place an order through our website, simply add the book to your cart and complete the checkout process. You will be asked for your name, payment card details, delivery and billing address, and your email address.
Your details will only be used to process this order and to contact you regarding your order, unless you tick the box to ‘Subscribe to our newsletter’.

What are your shipping costs?
We offer DPD service in the UK, with a delivery time of 2-3 working days. The costs are as follows:
1 book = £2.50
2 – 4 books = £2.99
5+ books = £3.50
For Europe, United States and Rest of the World, we offer a shipping service based on weight of the package. You can view these rates here.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
We can only offer a refund or exchange if a book is damaged or faulty on arrival. In this instance, please email email@example.com quoting your order number (in your confirmation email). We will then arrange the refund or exchange with you based on your location and reason for the refund/exchange.
Unfortunately, refunds and exchanges are not accepted if the book is delivered as expected. Our full refund policy can be found here.
How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
You can find a mailing list subscribe button at the bottom of each page. Simply scroll down, enter a valid email address and click subscribe. You will then be sent an email to confirm your subscription.
Subscription to our newsletter is completely free and there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. We do not share your email details with any third parties without your prior permission.
How do I use discount codes?
If you have a discount code to use on our website, simply add the book/s to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page you will see a Discount box. Type the exact code into this box then click Apply.
If your discount code is valid, the offer will be applied and shown in your final price.
